Returns & Exchanges

- No Refunds accepted unless faulty or damaged.
- Exchanges are welcomed at the shipping expense of the customer (excludes furniture, mirrors, and SALE items) and must be within 7 days of receiving products.
- All shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer
- Many of our Moroccan products are handmade, vintage, and one-of a kind. Each piece varies in make, color, design, size, and feature. We do our best to photograph the uniqueness of each item. If you are looking for something specific we recommend that you contact us directly so we may support you getting exactly what you are looking for and avoid exchange shipping fees.
- If an item is damaged please contact us within 7 days of receiving product via email at whitepickitfence@gmail.com
- Any items damaged in transit must be taken back into your nearest Australia Post Office along with original packaging and bubble wrap to be submitted for our insurance claim with Australia Post. Once this has been completed Australia Post will issue you a claim number which once you have emailed this to us we will then replace the damaged item. Any customers not willing to follow this rule will not have their parcel insurance covered and therefor we will not be able to replace the damaged item.
- All products returned to White Pick it Fence for an exchange or store credit must be as purchased, intact and in exact condition as received. Products must not be damaged, used, altered or washed. White Pick it Fence reserves the right not to accept an exchange or refund if this is not proved to be the case. Once approved and returned acceptable for resale the product will then be exchanged or the amount transferred to a store credit voucher for the value of the product.
