Furniture, Mirrors and larger items are not included in this rate! Please contact us with your address for us to get a quote for you.

Yes we can, however we will need to get a shipping quote to your suburb.

Some areas like WA, NT, Tas & Northern Qld prices are too high unfortunately.

If you are happy with the delivery quote simply go online add your item to the cart and choose in-store pick up at checkout. We will then book in delivery for you and the transport company will invoice you directly.

We send all our goods with authority to leave unless you have contacted us to tell us there is no safe place to leave it and you need signature on delivery. We send your tracking number via email and often this ends up in your junk box. So please check your junk mail for your shipping info and make sure you leave an email address for us to send this info or no tracking details will be sent to you as it's only done via email.

We don't have lay-bys but we have Afterpay and that's even better cause you can take the product straight away and then pay it off.

The customer is to pay for the return shipping fee and please make sure you keep your tracking number so you can track your return to us as this is the customers responsibility.

We do a variety of markets in Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast and Northern NSW so make sure you follow us on our socials as we announce every Friday which markets we will be at for the weekend.

Absolutely Not!! These handmade beauties are dyed with vegetable dye so are very sensitive to water.

Do not wash them or even lay on them with wet hair. Once they are water stained there's no fixing them.

No, all our Moroccan rug are vintage, one of a kind pieces. We do not stock new Moroccan rugs. This is what makes them so valuable and special.

These rugs have lived a life for many years prior to arriving to us in Australia. Before leaving Morocco each rug goes through a process of repair, clean, pack & send.

Some rugs will have repairs or marks visible to the eye, others may have imperfections and some may not have any at all. These are not faults at all, it just adds more character to each one and shows the tail of the life it's lived prior.

Some will loose a lot of wool each time you vacuum them and some may loose hardly any. Some will forever leave a trace of moroccan sand under them and others not at all. Some may have a stronger wool smell than others (usually the higher pile rugs) and others will not.
